Can't locate your Welsh
Springer Spaniel in our database? Things to remember:
If the full dog name does not get a match,
use some part of the name. For example, if Lynlees Nighthawk
doesn't work, try Nighthawk (maybe the kennel name is carried
as Lynlee's). If Nighthawk doesn't work,
try Hawk (maybe the dog name is carried as Night Hawk).
Generally,
it is better to start with a partial name rather than a full name.
Omit any titles (maybe they've been included,
but maybe not).
Some punctuation has been removed from names
(specifically commas and periods). For example, Lynlee's K.C.
Of Sevenoaks will appear as Lynlee's KC Of Sevenoaks.
Note that other punctuation has been retained (such as the apostrophe).
Call names or nicknames, as
well as registration numbers, can be entered into the name field for matching
with dogs in the database.
However, these additional data items only appear (if available)
in the "Offspring" column of the Pedigree
or Progeny list.
As a result, matching by nickname or registration number will work only
when searching by
Pedigree, not when searching by Progeny.
Searching for these data items will also not work if they have been
specifically marked for exclusion.
When first searching for a dog, always use
the Pedigree option rather than Progeny. Every dog
in the database will have a pedigree, but not every dog will have progeny.
Still can't locate your Welsh
Springer Spaniel in our database?
It could be that we don't have the name. In that case,
let us know.
We would be happy to add it.
